Rewards

We feel it is important to have a system that allows us to say “thanks” to all of our regular participants.

The rewards program is based on the idea of earning points/credits for each survey taken. The Panel database allocates points to your household account each time you/your child takes a survey. We use the points to reward our active Panelists.

Details of exactly what points, prizes, or any other incentive that will be offered in exchange for participating in a given Panel activity will be explained in the email alert notifying you/your child of the activity.

Bonus points may sometimes be offered to our more active Panelists in addition to periodic prize drawings among active Panelists.

Points may also occasionally be offered for referrals to the Panel or large amounts given away in sweepstakes among active Panelists.

You may view your household points account balance or exchange points by logging in and accessing the appropriate features under the “Registered Panelist” menu section.

When your points account balance reaches 10,000 or greater you may either redeem the amount for an American Girl® gift certificate or allow points to continue to accumulate in your account. Points must be redeemed in even 1,000 point increments. American Girl® gift certificates may be used for American Girl® online, American Girl® catalogue, American Girl® store, American Girl® café and American Girl® theater purchases. Points redemptions are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Please allow four weeks for receipt.

If you cancel your Panel registration without having first exchanged any points you may have you will forfeit those points.

NOTE: Only the registered parent or legal guardian may exchange or redeem points.
