Rewards

We feel it is important to have a system that allows us to say “thanks” to all of our regular participants in a formal and easily understood manner. Additionally, we know that for young people it may be hard to grasp the idea of prizes and the odds of winning so we wanted a system that they can easily understand and every one who actively participates is a “winner” through our rewards program.

The rewards program is based on the idea of earning points/credits for each survey taken. The Panel database allocates points to your household account each time you/your child takes a survey. The points have a monetary value and may be redeemed for payment when your household points account balance reaches a value of $10.00 or greater. Alternatively, we may offer gifts that you may redeem your points for if you choose to.

You may view your household points account balance or exchange points by logging in and accessing the appropriate features under the “Registered Panelist” menu section.

When your points account balance reaches a level equal to $10.00 or greater you have the choice of either requesting a check or letting the account continue to accumulate further. Your check will be paid at the next payment date or within four weeks. If you wish to be paid the balance in your account before you reach the $10.00 minimum simply ask us to pay you, however a charge of $1.50 will be deducted from the money owed to you to cover postage and bank charges, and you will be paid the remainder. If the money we owe you is less than this charge – then we reserve the right not to pay. If you cancel your Panel registration without having first exchanged any points you may have you will forfeit those points.

Payments will be made in US Currency ($ Dollars) only.

Details of exactly what points, prizes, or any other incentive that will be offered in exchange for participating in a given Panel activity will be explained in the email alert notifying you/your child of the activity.

Bonus points may sometimes be offered to our more active Panelists in addition to periodic prize drawings among active Panelists.

Points may also occasionally be offered for referrals to the Panel or large amounts given away in lotteries among active Panelists.

NOTE: Only the registered parent may exchange or redeem points.
