Many manufacturers and service businesses want to know about your product and service experiences, your likes and dislikes about products and services, your opinions about why and how products and services do - and don’t - meet your needs, and how you would change them to make them better!
The Opinion Suites in Richmond is a market research survey and focus group facility. We do market research for manufacturers and service companies who want to know what customers like you, non customers and ex-customers think of their products and services, and how they can be improved to serve you better.
We never sell anything! You will never be asked to buy anything, nor will anyone be sending you advertising or calling you about what you see and talk about in our research. Sometimes we may ask you to take a product home - or to your office - to try it out for a period of time. Then, we’ll ask you to report on it, to tell us how you liked it or didn’t like it. Anything you say in our research, and any personal information such as your address, phone number, etc. is confidential and will not be sold, rented or given to anyone. Even our client companies are not given any personal information.
You will always be paid for participating in our research! After you join our participant “pool” we will contact you from time to time by e-mail, phone or mail to qualify you for studies as we have the need for various participants. Typical studies we conduct pay from $50 to $100, sometimes more, for an hour or so of participation at our facility in Richmond’s near west end.
Research you may be asked to participate in will never be offensive or invasive, and can be about issues from A to Z, from cars to cat food, computers to retail, from healthcare to NASCAR, vacations to tobacco, fertilizer and electric power usage, entertainment to advertisements, etc., etc., etc. We never require that you participate; for those studies you qualify for you would always have the option to participate or not.
