The Opinion Suites is a market research firm that collects the opinions and experiences of people like you. Your opinions and experiences assist manufacturers, service companies and organizations of all kinds to develop products and services with which to serve you better. As a member of The Opinion Suites participant pool, you will occasionally receive invitations from us to participate in research about your awareness and opinions - and/or wants and needs – about products, services, advertisements, corporate and product reputations and image, etc.
Your opinions DO matter to us. Your reward for assisting us would be payment in the form of cash or check or both. The Opinion Suites operates with only the highest of professional standards. We are not a marketing or advertising company, and we will NEVER, under ANY circumstances sell or distribute your personal information to anyone. The information you supply to us will be used only as a means for us to contact you to participate in various research studies by either e-mail, regular mail or phone, to come to our professional focus group facility in the Richmond area. We will ask you to provide us with certain household and demographic information to help us determine whether you qualify to participate in certain surveys. For instance, we may want to know what women between the ages of 21 and 34 think about a product that is currently on the market. If you are a male aged 55 we aren’t going to invite you to participate in that research! (But you'll likely qualify for other studies at some other time.) That is the only reason why we ask for certain personal information up front, and we don’t sell or lend that information to anyone for any reason.
The information you supply is for market research purposes only. We will never divulge your name or e-mail address to anyone outside of The Opinion Suites. Our employees have signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements that prohibit them from divulging your information to anyone, for any reason. When we report the results of a study to our clients we do not tell them who participated or what they personally said. Clients only receive information that X% of the people who completed a survey liked, and X% disliked their product or idea, and X% suggested this, and X% suggested that (etc.). That said, sometimes clients come to the research to watch it. But, they are never provided with any individual’s full name, address, phone number, etc. They are merely assured that everyone in their research group is qualified to participate, by whatever restrictions they specified. The information that you supply to The Opinion Suites is kept in a secure database. We have numerous security measures in place to prevent against the misuse or loss of any information. To prevent or minimize the risk of any misuse of personal information from outside sources, The Opinion Suites has taken extensive measures to protect and secure the information we gather through this site.
All communications via e-mail will, in the “Subject” area, always say “FROM THE OPINION SUITES”. We will send you e-mails, call or write to you to confirm your registration, to announce any changes in policies and practices, and to answer any questions you have submitted to The Opinion Suites directly.
